01 — Choose the job

Pick a local image or PDF tool, or use an AI tool for printed tables and text. Add files from your device. File-list order is the output order.

02 — Set it up

Choose a format, size or page range. For AI, enter your invitation code, preview the selected page and approve sending it for processing.

03 — Check and keep

Inspect the original beside the extracted result. Click cells to correct them, then download a new copy. CSV exports neutralize formula-like values; XLSX cells are stored as text to preserve leading zeros.

Beta limits

Images: 10 MB each, 20 megapixels on desktop and 12 on mobile. PDFs: 25 MB and 100 pages each. Local batches: 20 files on desktop, 5 on mobile, 50 MB combined, 200 combined PDF pages. AI and PDF splitting accept one file at a time. AI reads one selected page per request, with up to 200 rows and 30 columns per table.
